Regulamin testów

Ten dokument uzupełnia Regulamin świadczenia usług i opisuje wyłącznie to, co dotyczy fazy testów. W sprawach tu nieuregulowanych stosuje się regulamin główny; w razie rozbieżności pierwszeństwo ma ten dokument.

1. Czym są testy

Raptor Terminal Pro udostępniany jest bezpłatnie, przez 30 dni, na podstawie imiennego tokenu wysyłanego na wskazany adres e-mail. Testujący dostaje pełną wersję terminala — nie ma wersji okrojonej, funkcji zablokowanych za dopłatą ani limitów, które znikałyby po opłaceniu abonamentu.

Testy nie wymagają karty płatniczej. Token wygasa samoczynnie i nie zamienia się w subskrypcję.

2. Co znaczy „beta"

Serwis jest w fazie testów i nie jest produktem ukończonym. Realnie oznacza to, że mogą wystąpić: przerwy w działaniu, błędy w wyliczeniach, opóźnienia w danych, zmiany wyglądu i działania funkcji z dnia na dzień, a także utrata zapisanych ustawień, botów i historii sygnałów. Nie jest to hipotetyczne — w fazie testów zdarza się to naprawdę.

Dlatego, jeżeli budujesz w terminalu coś, na czym Ci zależy — strategię, zestaw wskaźników, konfigurację alertów — trzymaj kopię poza serwisem.

3. Twój token

jest przypisany do adresu e-mail, na który został wysłany,
obowiązuje przez 30 dni od wydania,
nie wolno go nikomu przekazywać, publikować ani odsprzedawać,
zgubiony token można odzyskać, pisząc z tego samego adresu e-mail,
przy podejrzeniu, że token trafił do osób trzecich, Operator unieważnia go i wydaje nowy.

4. Klucze API w czasie testów

W fazie testów zalecamy podłączać wyłącznie klucze API z uprawnieniem do odczytu. Analiza, wykresy, footprint, przepływ zleceń, mapa likwidacji i alerty działają w pełni bez uprawnień do handlu. Uprawnienie do handlu podłączaj dopiero wtedy, gdy sam uznasz, że terminal zachowuje się przewidywalnie. Uprawnienia do wypłat nie nadawaj nigdy — ani w testach, ani później.

Klucze są szyfrowane przed zapisem do bazy. Możesz je usunąć z poziomu panelu w dowolnym momencie, a usunięcie konta kasuje je razem z resztą danych.

5. Uwagi i zgłoszenia

Testy mają sens wtedy, gdy wracają z nich uwagi. Zgłoszenia przyjmujemy pod adresem [email protected]. Przydatne są w szczególności: co robiłeś, czego się spodziewałeś, co się stało zamiast tego, oraz — jeżeli to możliwe — zrzut ekranu i przybliżona godzina zdarzenia.

Zgłaszając uwagę lub propozycję zmiany, godzisz się na jej wykorzystanie w rozwoju serwisu bez wynagrodzenia i bez obowiązku wskazania autorstwa. Nie przenosi to na Operatora praw do niczego, co samodzielnie stworzyłeś — Twoje strategie, wskaźniki i kod pozostają Twoje.

6. Czego Operator nie obiecuje

że funkcja obecna dziś będzie obecna jutro w tej samej postaci,
że dane historyczne przetrwają fazę testów,
że serwis będzie dostępny w określonym procencie czasu,
że po zakończeniu testów usługa będzie dalej bezpłatna,
że wynik backtestu przełoży się na wynik na żywo.

7. Zakończenie testów

Po 30 dniach token przestaje działać. Dane konta — ustawienia, klucze API, konfiguracja alertów — przechowywane są jeszcze przez 90 dni, żeby przedłużenie testów albo przejście na wersję docelową nie oznaczało konfigurowania wszystkiego od nowa. Po tym okresie są usuwane.

Możesz poprosić o wcześniejsze usunięcie danych w dowolnym momencie, pisząc na adres kontaktowy. Szczegóły w Polityce prywatności.

8. Zakończenie testów przez Operatora

Operator może zakończyć fazę testów lub unieważnić pojedynczy token. O zakończeniu całej fazy testów uprzedza z co najmniej siedmiodniowym wyprzedzeniem e-mailem. Pojedynczy token może zostać unieważniony bez uprzedzenia w razie naruszenia regulaminu — w szczególności udostępnienia tokenu osobom trzecim.

9. Ryzyko

Handel kryptowalutami i instrumentami pochodnymi z dźwignią wiąże się z wysokim ryzykiem i może doprowadzić do utraty całego zainwestowanego kapitału. Raptor Terminal Pro jest narzędziem analitycznym i wykonawczym — nie świadczy doradztwa inwestycyjnego i nie rekomenduje żadnych transakcji. Wyniki historyczne nie stanowią gwarancji przyszłych rezultatów. W fazie testów ryzyko jest dodatkowo podniesione o możliwość błędu w samym narzędziu. Decyzje inwestycyjne podejmujesz na własną odpowiedzialność.

This document supplements the Terms of service and covers only the testing phase. Matters not addressed here are governed by the main terms; where the two conflict, this document prevails. The Polish version is the binding one.

1. What the trial is

Raptor Terminal Pro is provided free of charge for 30 days under a personal token sent to the e-mail address you give. Testers receive the full terminal — there is no cut-down edition, no features locked behind payment and no limits that would disappear on subscribing.

No card is required. The token expires by itself and does not turn into a subscription.

2. What "beta" means

The service is in a testing phase and is not a finished product. In practice this means there may be outages, calculation errors, delayed data, features that change look and behaviour from one day to the next, and loss of saved settings, bots and signal history. This is not hypothetical — during a testing phase it genuinely happens.

So if you build something you care about — a strategy, an indicator set, an alert configuration — keep a copy outside the service.

3. Your token

belongs to the e-mail address it was sent to,
is valid for 30 days from issue,
must not be shared, published or resold,
a lost token can be recovered by writing from the same address,
if the Operator suspects a token reached third parties, it is revoked and reissued.

4. API keys during the trial

During the trial we recommend connecting read-only API keys. Analysis, charts, footprint, order flow, the liquidation map and alerts all work fully without trading permission. Add trading permission only once you judge the terminal to behave predictably. Never grant withdrawal permission — not during the trial and not later.

Keys are encrypted before storage. You can remove them from the panel at any time, and deleting your account removes them along with the rest of your data.

5. Feedback

A trial is worth running only if feedback comes back from it. Send reports to [email protected]. What helps most: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and where possible a screenshot and the approximate time.

By submitting feedback or a suggestion you agree it may be used to develop the service without payment and without attribution. This transfers no rights to anything you created yourself — your strategies, indicators and code remain yours.

6. What the Operator does not promise

that a feature present today will be present tomorrow in the same form,
that historical data will survive the testing phase,
any particular percentage of uptime,
that the service will stay free after the testing phase,
that a backtest result will translate into live performance.

7. End of the trial

After 30 days the token stops working. Account data — settings, API keys, alert configuration — is kept for a further 90 days, so that extending the trial or moving to the final version does not mean configuring everything again. After that it is deleted.

You may ask for earlier deletion at any time by writing to the contact address. Details in the Privacy policy.

8. Termination by the Operator

The Operator may end the testing phase or revoke an individual token. Ending the whole phase is announced by e-mail at least seven days in advance. An individual token may be revoked without notice for a breach of the terms, in particular for sharing it with third parties.

9. Risk

Trading cryptocurrencies and leveraged derivatives carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire invested capital. Raptor Terminal Pro is an analytical and execution tool — it does not provide investment advice and recommends no transaction. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. During a testing phase the risk is further raised by the possibility of a fault in the tool itself. Investment decisions are yours alone.
